2019 Condo Fees
The 2019 Budget was ratified on Wednesday, December 19th. The new condo fees, that take effect on January 1, 2019, are:

C $ 406.00
D-1 $ 413.00
D-2 $ 442.00
E $ 514.00
F $ 550.00
Note:
If your fee is automatically taken out of your bank account the change will be made by our accountant.
If you pay by check please pay the above amount starting in January.
