This email is to let you know that Shari from Stremler Painting will be starting the trim painting inside the clubhouse on Monday.
She will start in the Handicap bathroom and work from there. Shari is aware and will be mindful of all activities happening in the clubhouse.

Doty’s Tree Care will be here working on the trees in the park that have been tagged and must be taken down, and those slated for trimming February 26 through 29.
Please do not use the trails when the work is underway. He is planning to block off the entrance, but for those units backing up to the park, that area should be considered a danger zone while he is working.

Roofs – Mt Baker Handyman is planning to treat the roofs that need it, with moss kill this week, weather depending. Be aware, you may hear someone on your roof.
